The SPA- and fitness zone in Ullrhaus is a soothing, subdued haven. The indoor pool delights even when the weather is not all that great for a change.
The spacious Finnish sauna with daily alternating pourings and rest opportunities stands ready. Refreshment after your sauna session is provided for, because we prepare Tyrolean spring water, natural juice, specialty loose leaf tea and fresh fruit for you. In the fitness zone, a small but fine selection of endurance- and cardio- as well as power sports equipment awaits you.

At this point we would like to inform you about the measures we have planned which we have developed in order to guarantee you a pleasant, relaxing and safe holiday. As easy and uncomplicated as possible. You relax and enjoy your winter vacation, we take care of your safety.
- Skiing is healthy – sport is healthy. The fresh mountain air combined with the tranquility of nature and the Alps ensure that you not only feel good and can relax with us, but also stay healthy!
- The entire hotel including the SPA, á la carte restaurant and bar will be open.
- Our entire team is regularly tested for the Corona Virus.
- In order not to endanger our and your health, our team works with mouth and nose protection and a friendly smile.
- Cleanliness and hygiene are always of the highest value to us and are not only now in the foreground. Our employees are trained regularly and use only suitable cleaning agents.
RECEPTION:
The reception area is also provided with a plexiglass pane.
All key cards are regularly disinfected.
PreCheck-in: In order to make the check-in as uncomplicated as possible, you can send us your registration data conveniently online from home.
All hotel information can be conveniently looked up from home by using our UllrApp on your own smartphone or tablet.
IN GENERAL:
We have provided additional disinfectant dispensers in all public areas for your use. Further disinfectants are placed in the rooms. Mouth-nose-protection masks are also available at the front desk.
All common areas are disinfected at regular intervals with professional cleaning products. In addition, we take care of a good ventilation every day. High frequented points of contact such as elevator buttons, door handles, railings, etc. are regularly disinfected.
Personal responsibility and baby elephant: distance is the most important measure – we ask you to keep a distance of 1m from other guests and our employees. We also ask you to consider simple hygienic measures such as regular hand washing with soap and compliance with the cough and sneeze labels.
ROOMS:
Our housekeeping staff is regularly trained in the latest standards of increased hygiene measures.
All rooms are thoroughly disinfected before arrival, which is why a later check-in time may be possible! We ask for your understanding.
The disinfection is carried out with certified cleaning agents. These products have an antibacterial and antiviral effect.
Towels, bathrobes, terry towels and sheets are washed in the hotel’s own laundry.
RESTAURANT & BAR:
Thanks to our generous space, we are able to ensure the necessary distance in the restaurant and breakfast area.
In addition to the classic buffet, some of our breakfast is served at the table. Gloves and disinfectants are also available at the buffet.
All our service staff wears mouth-nose-protection as prescribed and use mouth-nose-protection and gloves when preparing the dining room.
Of course we are happy to serve breakfast and dinner to your room for a room service fee.
Á la carte guests of the restaurant are requested to register via the contact tracing program in order to ensure rapid follow-up and containment of a possible infection in case of an emergency.
KITCHEN:
Our head chef Michael Gfall and his team attach great importance to hygiene during preparation and in the entire process in the kitchen.
We use local products from the region and from the rest of the country whenever and wherever possible – they are simply better!
We also use professional cleaning agents in the kitchen area. These products are of an antibacterial and antiviral effect.
SPA & WELLNESS:
In the Ullr SPA, the swimming pool, saunas and relaxation room are freely available. However, in compliance with the maximum number of people.
The loungers in the relaxation areas are so far apart that the distance can easily be maintained.
The swimming pool is constantly monitored and fresh water is added.
Disinfectants and cleaning cloths for the devices as well as disinfectants for the hands are available to our guests in the fitness room.
